Want to cancel? No hard feelings! Just make sure to do it before your next billing date to avoid getting charged for the upcoming box. After that? The system’s already in motion and your box is on the way.
To cancel, log into your account and click “Manage My Subscription”—we made it super easy because ghosting your period box shouldn’t be harder than ghosting your ex.
Oops, My Order Already Shipped!
If your order has already shipped, it’s officially out in the wild. We can’t cancel or refund it once it’s left our warehouse. It’s like sending a text—you can’t unsend it (we’ve all been there).
Damaged or Missing Items?
We’re not monsters. If your box arrives damaged or missing something crucial (like your sanity-saving Midol), email us at contact@myredroverbox.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
