At Red Rover, we don’t believe in panic periods. That’s why we time your box to arrive before the drama starts. Our goal? To get your essentials to your doorstep the week before your cycle—so you’re prepped, primped, and ready to ride the wave.

 

 

📍 Where We Ship:
We currently ship within the U.S. only (for now—we see you, international girlies).

📬 When We Ship:
Your Red Rover box will be shipped based on your period start date, which you’ll tell us during checkout.
We aim to deliver 5–7 days before your expected flow, so you’re not caught slipping.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

📦 Processing Time:
New orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and subscription renewals are auto-shipped based on your personalized cycle schedule.

🚚 Shipping Time & Carriers:
We use USPS (and occasionally UPS) for most deliveries. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, but this may vary depending on your location.

📫 Shipping Fees:
Standard shipping is free on all subscription orders over $25.
For one-time or smaller add-on orders, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 may apply.

🛑 Address Issues:
Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out! We can’t refund or replace boxes lost due to incorrect info.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Once a package leaves our HQ, it's in the hands of the carrier (and the postal gods). If your box is MIA after 7 business days, email us at contact@myredroverbox.com and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement if needed.
