Subscription & Billing

Red Rover is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the frequency selected (e.g., monthly).

• No Skipping: Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not offer a "skip this month" option. Please plan accordingly.
   

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect the following cycle.
   

• Billing Dates: Charges occur on the same day of each billing cycle, based on your original subscription date.
   

 

 Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• Items arrive damaged, or

• You receive the wrong box.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via standard carriers. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Shipping times may vary. Red Rover is not responsible for carrier delays.

Gifting & Orders

At this time, Red Rover subscriptions are not available as gifts. All orders are intended for the account holder and are billed accordingly.
